Standards:  does SCPS Group follow the right standards for your project?

  • DW154 Plastic Ductwork:  Roperhurst’s founder chaired the technical committee that published DW154 in 2000.  Members of our Senior Leadership Team are leading the review of DW154 ahead of its revision
  • BS4994:  we can provide detailed calculations to support our manufacture of glass reinforced thermoplastic tanks
  • DVS 2205-2:  this standard drives the calculation of cylindrical thermoplastic tanks, taking account of media, snow wind and earthquake loads, positioning of nozzles and flat, sloped or conical bottoms
  • DVS 2205-5:  this standard drives the calculation of rectangular thermoplastic tanks, similar to the above and with the ability to optimise all round reinforcement
  • TR40 Local Exhaust Ventilation:  Members of our Senior Leadership Team co-authored this guide to good practice for LEV systems
  • HSG258: this guidance contains comprehensive information about the roles and legal responsibilities of employers and suppliers
