Exciting news today as the group completed the acquisition of Marcol Fabrications (Plastics) Limited (Marcol).
Marcol, originally established in 1998 by Colin Vye and Mark Godfrey, grew from small beginnings in a farm building on the outskirts of Bristol to become a major supplier to industries primarily in the South West of England.
Clients come from all industries including aerospace, semi-conductor, automotive, construction and the water industry.
The group was especially impressed with the quality of work delivered by the team to its long-standing and loyal customers, testament to the commitment and skills of the team.
Alongside the transaction the company has unveiled a fresh brand and new website, showcasing their portfolio of pipework, tanks, ductwork, enclosures and bespoke fabrications.
The founders Colin Vye and Mark Godfrey will step away from the business in the coming months, with the existing management team stepping up with support from group directors Phillipe de Wilde and Steve Barnes.
