We’re delighted to announce that group company Industrial Engineering Plastics Limited (IEP) has completed the acquisition of Red 14 Plastics Limited (Red 14).
Red 14 was established 10 years ago, and has forged a reputation for high quality plastic fabrication, including CNC machining, point of sale, plastic guarding and bespoke designs. Based in Portsmouth, it has a strong customer base amongst marine businesses, as well as other retail and industrial companies.
Steve Barnes, IEP Managing Director, explains: “We have worked with Neil and his team for some time now, and have been really impressed by their focus of quality. Red 14’s customer base is very different to that of IEP, and bringing the company into the group will deliver benefits to their customers and to ours.”
The business will continue as a stand alone entity, although it will relocate its production team to IEP’s premises in Hazelton.
