Just a few weeks after the launch of our core6 partnership, the first four access platforms designed and built by Roperhurst were despatched today.
Built using the core6 range of handrail, grid and structural GRP profiles, these platforms will be used in Cornwall to allow cleaning crews to access rolling stock.
The platforms were fully assembled in Roperhurst’s premises in Barry, and then partially disassembled for ease of transport.
Roperhurst’s Bob Lane said “This project demonstrates Roperhurst’s range of skills when working with composite products. The additional space afforded by the move to our new factory in 2015 has given us the opportunity to deliver large and complex solutions to meet challenging timescales.”
