Our factories

IEP’s Head Office in Hazleton, Hampshire is their main hub of manufacturing, and also is where Red 14 has their base of operations.

At 17,000 sq ft this is our largest production site, and has extensive specialist plant and machinery including:

• 1 x 3000 x 2000mm CNC router
• 1 x 2440 x 1220mm CNC router
• 1 x 4m butt fusion machine with rolling mechanism, capable of joining sheets either flat or at 90 degrees.
• 1 x 3m 4-beam CNC hot line bender, capable of creating up to four folds in a single sheet of material.
• 1 x pipe saw capable of cutting pipe to 630mm ø
• 1 x 3000 x 1500mm beam saw

In 2023 we relocated both Plastratum and IEP’s Midlands distribution hub to Minworth, with fantastic motorway links to the North.

With a combined 8,500sq ft of production and storage space, this has enabled Plastratum to take on larger and more challenging fabrication projects.  Investment in plant includes:

• 1 x 3000 x 1500mm CNC router
• 1 x 4m butt fusion machine with rolling mechanism, capable of joining sheets either flat or at 90 degrees.
• 1 x 2m 4 beam hot line bender, capable of creating up to four folds in a single sheet of material.
